Hate, despair, bitterness, sickness...SLUDGE. A long time ago since I didn´t put my ears into a sludge band, but these guys call my atention since the first moment. Fat guitars, density, swampy atmospheres, rawness and a sick vocal lines is what you´re gonna find here. Really impressive work!

As it was expected they doesn´t disappoint, they have made again a colossal work, following his particular point of view of what heavy music is. Delicious piece of psychedellic weirdness. These guys of  Montreal with an asian roots, don´t play the "typical" psychedelia, here there is much more. From the ritualistic rock/doom sound of Jex Thoth that wrap all the album until the sludge of "A Star Over Pureland", and even some pop sonorities like in "Hoshi Neko", makes a really interesting album.The hypnotic female vocals really helps to get into their music. Highly recommended.
